Pemberton Valley Environmental (“PVE”) is responsible for personal information under its control. This notice explains the information we may collect, why we use it and how to contact us about it.

Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, PVE may collect your name, contact details, service and billing address, collection preferences, service history, requests, photographs you choose to provide and account or payment status. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored in PVE‑OS.

How we use information

We use personal information to quote, schedule and deliver services; manage routes, bins, collections and customer accounts; process payments; respond to requests; communicate service updates; meet legal obligations; and protect our customers, staff and systems.

When you submit a website service request, the details and any optional junk-removal photo are delivered to PVE at info@pvenvironmental.ca for follow-up. Please upload only photos relevant to the requested service and avoid including people or unrelated personal information where possible.

Service providers and access

PVE uses service providers for hosting, authentication, payments and transactional email. They may process information on our behalf in Canada or other jurisdictions and may be subject to the laws of those places. We limit access to what is needed for the service and use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above and applicable legal or business requirements. PVE applies access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege permissions and operational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about PVE’s handling of your information or request access or correction, subject to applicable law. You may also withdraw consent where the law permits, although this can affect our ability to provide a service.
